Bud Crouch's Resource Center

Bud Crouch is a principal partner of Tecker Consultants, L.L.C. and president of Innovations Plus, Langhorne, PA. He focuses on enhancing the ability of not-for profit, for-profit and government organizations to manage through change and develop key paths to excellence.

Drawing from substantial experience with a large variety of national organizations and professional and commercial groups, he utilizes the most successful approaches to help organizations solve complex problems and attain new outcomes. He assists in establishing clear direction, reviewing and reshaping organizational components, facilitating leadership development and growth, establishing an enabling culture, facilitating enhancement of knowledge-based organizations as well as many additional tailored, one-on-one services.

His years of management experience include the areas of marketing, customer service, public relations, human resource development and internal consulting.

He has developed the American Society of Association Executives’ (ASAE) Leadership Development Progra m and co-instructs ASAE’s Symposium for Chief Elected and Chief Staff Officers. He has also served on ASAE’s Education Committee.

He has a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from the University of California and a Master of Science Degree from the American University’s Center for Professional Development. He is certified in a number of climate, interpersonal, and other organizational and leadership instruments and assessments.
