Consulting Experience
Kermit is a gifted facilitator and talented strategist. He brings outstanding analysis skills, practical tools, and Socratic approaches to the partnership with his clients. He has worked with a large number of not-for-profit organizations in the design and development of collaborative processes to seize opportunities, solve problems and achieve specific organizational goals.

He excels in the development of visions and strategies to reposition an organization for success. He has worked with organizations to create governance and program structures that fit the organization's vision and strategic direction. He has helped a variety of organizations successfully implement a knowledge based governance strategy tailored to their unique structure and culture. He is increasingly working with multiple organizations to explore alternatives such as collaborative partnerships or unification.

Clients include a wide variety of trade and professional associations, medical societies, educational foundations, and research-focused associations. As a result of seeing him in action, CEOs frequently ask him to work with their firms, including hospital medical staffs, family-owned businesses and other corporate clients.

Kermit's work includes work with the Peace Corps and public education. He has also held management positions in strategic planning and organizational consulting with AT&T.

Education and Professional Involvements
Kermit is co-author with Glenn Tecker and Jean S. Frankel of the ASAE Foundation book on governance strategy, Building A Knowledge-Based Culture.
