Consulting Accomplishments Pat conducts leadership and staff trainings, facilitates strategic planning and visioning sessions, engages in organizational and program assessment and governance structure review. She presents motivational seminars on a variety of topics such as developing high performance work groups, exploring generational differences, and communicating and implementing change. Research is an area of expertise, and Pat conducts needs assessments utilizing varied research techniques such as focus groups, in-depth telephone interviews, and electronic and web-based surveys. Her innovative and creative approach has helped clients think and act strategically, problem-solve, build consensus and achieve goals. She forges a collaborative partnership with clients to achieve results and has:
	Facilitated leadership trainings for environmental, healthcare, legal and accounting groups
	Engaged in strategic planning facilitation for a variety of clients including psychotherapists, meeting planners, motor coach owners, educators, physicians, scientists, and nurses.
	Designed and conducted needs assessment research such as telephone interviews and/or focus groups for a broad range of clients such as toxicologists, engineers, nurses, record industry executives, educators, realtors, car dealers, and fabricators.

Association Management Experience
In her executive capacity with a professional services association for 16 years, she headed the communications division and was responsible for all internal and external communications, public relations, marketing, publications, media and community relations, video production, special events, awards, career recruiting, and serving as an organization spokesperson.

Pat hosted the cable TV show Money Talks for ten years and organized media conferences for nationally and internationally prominent personalities including past Presidents, heads of state, political advisors and authors. She has received numerous awards including the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Silver Anvil, International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) Gold Quill and a Presidential Citation for Private Sector Initiatives from President Ronald Reagan.

Education and Professional Involvements
Pat has a B.A. and M.A. from Rowan University and has taught graduate level marketing communications courses and lectured on college campuses. She has attained the Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation from ASAE as well as the Accredited Public Relations (APR) credential from PRSA. Pat is a former chair of the PRSA Association Section and a past president of PRSA’s Philadelphia Chapter. She served on the boards of the Delaware Valley Society of Association Executives and Communication Briefings, a national, business communications newsletter.
