Consulting Accomplishments and Expertise Robin is a skilled researcher, analyst and a creative problem solver, at ease with both the technical and the inter-personal aspects of conducting research. She began her research career in the advertising and public relations business where she conducted secondary and primary research to support association clients as well as clients in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, financial services and technology industries. Her consulting assignments have included:
	Conducting member and customer surveys, including telephone, mail and online surveys
	Facilitating focus groups, both traditional and online focus groups and online bulletin board focus groups
	Developing segmentation analyses on member and customer groups, which identify key demographic and psychographic characteristics as well as business opportunities presented by these groups
	Consulting with clients on the meaning and critical takeaways from research
	Performing environmental scans and creating knowledge management systems to facilitate the successful sharing of information within organizations
	Conducting competitive intelligence to develop a comprehensive picture of operating environments, including market size, competitors, industry issues and providing a full SWOT analysis
	Testing print and broadcast advertising and collateral materials to ensure they are easily understood, appealing and designed to meet the marketing objectives
	Developing and implementing numerous online custom research panels, including the writing of proprietary software, website development and marketing to recruit panel members.

Education and Professional Involvements
Robin is the researcher and author of numerous syndicated research reports, including Profile of the Small Animal Veterinarian and The Feminization of the Veterinary Industry.

She is a member of the Marketing Research Association, QRCA and the Society of Competitive Intelligence Professionals.

She is a graduate of Mary Washington College, Fredericksburg, Virginia, and pursued graduate studies in research and communications at the University of Maryland, College Park.

As a Senior Associates with Tecker Consultants, LLC, Robin Wedewer is President of The Wedewer Group and DataZone Research & Consulting, Inc.
