CEO Symposium for Chief Executive and Chief Elected Officers
The dynamic between chief executive officer and chief elected officer has never been more important. Your year together will likely see challenges driven by changes in membership needs and preferences, technology, resource development and allocation, governance and role expectations, legislation and regulation, strategy and accountability for value; and more. The very pace of association activity demands excellent communication, understanding, and responsiveness. To succeed, you need to work in tandem, as productively and efficiently as possible.

This two-day symposium gives you an opportunity to explore your priorities for the year and determine how best to work together. Clarify issues. Jump-start important initiatives. Gain insights into organization dynamics. Understand each other's values, desires, and interests. Create an effective working relationship essential to success.

The CEO Symposium is presented in collaboration with the Center for Association Leadership the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE)and is sponsored by ASAE Services, Inc.. The cost for ASAE members and volunteers $650. The cost for non-members is $850.

Enrollment is limited for each program to ensure a comfortable learning community. We're proud to say that many executives return annually with new elected officers, knowing that the result of the program is an excellent working relationship. Last year, every CEO Symposium sold out well in advance, so select your dates and location, and be sure to register early.

Registration is available through the Center for Association Leadership (202) 371-0940 or outside of the DC area via (888) 950-2723 Monday - Friday, 8:30 to 5:00 ET. ASAE members can register via http://www.centeronline.org/programs/.
