Primary developer of a guide for organizational self-assessment; and author of Merit, Measurement and Money, a book on staff evaluation, incentives and compensation

Industry Honors
In 1998, Glenn was honored as the recipient of ASAE’s Academy of Leaders Award—the highest possible recognition awarded by ASAE’s Board of Directors to only 13 recipients in its 75-year history.
