Career and Consulting Experience
An established leader with more than 25 years in education and healthcare association management, as well as expertise in fundraising and development, Alphonse brings to the table a successful track record of strategic thinking and planning. He previously served as director of development for the National Minority AIDS Council, as vice president of university advancement at California State University and as executive director of the National Kidney Foundation of Southeast Texas. In these roles, Alphonse has proven his ability to successfully manage board development, to foster positive team- and consensus-building, to administer budgets and priorities, and to develop productive professional relationships.
As one of only 87 Advanced Certified Fundraising Executives and one of 94 certified Master Trainers in the American Association of Fundraising Professionals, Alphonse offers his clients an unmatched depth of subject matter expertise.
