Career and Consulting Experience
With more than 25 years of experience in consulting and managing not-for-profit organizations, including a stint with the American Society of Association Executives, Paul brings a wealth of knowledge and innovative thinking to his consulting engagements.  He gained hands-on expertise in strategic planning, governance, revenue creation, insurance products, market research, alliance building, chapter relations, membership, customer service, international expansion, and new product development. He has performed research for both corporations and not-for-profit organizations.

For over 10 years, Paul has consulted with hundreds of organizations and provided  solution-oriented facilitation, training, and consultation in strategic planning, change management, issue resolution, operational analysis, governance restructuring, board/volunteer leadership development, and future visioning. He is a proven researcher, trainer, and group process facilitator focused on producing results through collaboration, consensus building, decision-making processes, and research assessment.
