Kari has over 20 years of experience asking the right questions to understand stories and feedback to fuel good business decisions. Her qualitative research approach highlights stakeholder values, motivations and business trajectories to encapsulate key trends for informed leadership decisions. She is driven to identify the transformational themes and ideas that will propel the strategic planning process.
Prior to Tecker, Kari led Human Resources global teams with Accenture designing, implementing and managing the full range of Human Capital activities and programs. She has developed educational programs in innovation and cultural awareness for community based not-for-profit organizations. Her passion to ask, listen and uncover the unobvious insights drives her projects.
